There will be a number of changes as part of the redevelopment and redesign of the Kleiner Grasbrook district, where we are located. On this page, we provide a brief overview of the upcoming changes.
As of November 24, 2025, the pre-gate barriers on our premises will be closed.
From this date onwards, processing will only be possible with a valid slot.
We kindly ask all drivers, partners, and customers to book their slots in advance to ensure a smooth and efficient handling process.
This measure is part of our ongoing efforts to optimize operations and reduce waiting times – for greater efficiency and better planning reliability.
Dear Customers,
As part of structural changes, we have introduced a slot system for truck processing. This system is intended to make deliveries and pickups, as well as our internal operations, more efficient and to reduce congestion. The goal is an economical and resource-efficient process.
The slot system has been active since 07/07/2025 and can be accessed at:

Unikai will receive a parking rack to replace the area given up to the HafenCity. The parking rack will cover approximately 120.000 m² and provide parking space for around 8,000 cars.
Due to the new construction of Edeka, the traffic flow on Dessauer Straße will be changed. This will be carried out step by step and will be announced in advance by the planning authorities.
